When the goods are prepared, it is expected to arrive at your door in 7 to 10 working days.

Our shipping partner and the delivery person will notify you when your product is delivered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kaihama, every order is freshly prepared. A lot of time and high-quality fabric are needed to manufacture your custom order. We don't accept return requests due to this. However, you can contact our representative if you are unhappy with the product. 

         Damaged Item

Send us an email at info@kaihamastore.com with the essential information if you believe you received the product in poor condition or the packaging is damaged, and we'll make sure to send you a brand-new package at no additional cost or Refund the money.

Size Issue

Based on the way our brand sizes fit on the product page, we have provided the size chart on the website. so that the customer's size selection is not complicated.

However, if a customer orders the incorrect size unintentionally and it does not fit, we can get it replaced. However, the customer will be liable for paying the shipping costs, which will be determined at that point. You must cover one-side delivery costs.
