Return and Refund Policy

At Kaihama, every order is freshly prepared. A lot of time and high-quality fabric are needed to manufacture your custom order. We don't accept return requests due to this. However, you can contact our representative if you are unhappy with the product. You can cancel the product before it gets processed. Please write an email, and we will look into the issue.

Damaged Item

Send us an email at team@kaihamastore.com with the essential information if you believe you have received the product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged, and we'll make sure to send you a brand-new package at no additional cost or refund the money. The processing time will be 10-15 days.

 Size Issue

Based on the way our brand sizes fit on the product page, we have provided the size chart on the website. so that the customer's size selection is not complicated.

However, if a customer orders the incorrect size unintentionally and it does not fit, we can get it replaced. However, the customer will be liable for paying the shipping costs, which will be determined at that point. You must cover one-side delivery costs.
