Damaged Item
Send us an email at info@kaihamastore.com with the essential information if you believe you received the product in poor condition or the packaging is damaged, and we'll make sure to send you a brand-new package at no additional cost or Refund the money.
Size Issue
Based on the way our brand sizes fit on the product page, we have provided the size chart on the website. so that the customer's size selection is not complicated.
However, if a customer orders the incorrect size unintentionally and it does not fit, we can get it replaced. However, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A digital return label will be provided, which should be printed and affixed to the outer packing of the return shipment. Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent tampering.
