🌍 International Orders – Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns / No Refunds
All international orders are final sale.
Due to cross-border logistics and high shipping costs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any international orders.
2. Custom Duties & Taxes
All custom duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or any additional country-specific charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
3. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to pay customs, the order will not be refunded.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case of a damaged item, customers must send an unboxing video + photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
5. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to all terms above.
